First, please fill out the conference registration.  You can  download the 2012 conference registration or fill out the form below.

Second, if you’d like to pay online, please choose from the left sidebar the items you’d like to pay for.  You can add to cart and then pay via PayPal or credit card on a seperate PayPal screen.
